One easy tip to improve your dives! We’re diving into SAC rates, used to calculate how fast you breathe. With my Ewok buddy, and some basic data from your dive log, you can calculate the volume of gas your breathed per minute.
Why should you calculate your sac rate? If you track this across multiple scuba dives, you can look for improvements in your scuba diving.
It’s very hard to measure performance in scuba diving – a sport where you don’t score points. This is one way you can measure your performance mathematically and looks for trends to improve upon.
Don’t forget, we want your questions! #askdiversready
Have a great week! See you next Monday!
Dive safe,
James
